I want to try this service. I have hundreads of sites, I am doing adsense. I need help in content creation and backlinking. But english is not my primarily language. So I think i am just communicate with chatting in skype. I am okay with the fulltime VA.

Some questions:

1. Can they update my sites/blogs regularly (write the articles themselves), currently I am using fiverr and freelancer. ?

2. Can they do some small backlinking to all my sites regularly? do they understand the seo rules so that my sites will not get deranking?

Please assign an appropriate VA for me and let me know your suggest asap.
