Sure. http://blognetworkmanager.com/wpd is what replaced xmarkpro for me. Only $29 or so. It doesnt do everything xmp was supposed to, but it does work. It updates all your wordpress core + plugins in one go if you enter your wp-admin user + password into it. Do that with a simple spreadsheet you copy to a .txt file.

BLSquared, no, the problems were never resolved. Apparently, says the owner Matt Wagner, I am the only one with these major issues. But I cannot recommend XMARKPRO. If you do want to buy it, there's a discount code at my Blog Network Manager: The best blog network management script available today! Coupon and if you have any problems either get them fixed by Matt or ask for the refund within the refund period (which I didnt do - finally Matt offered me $100 back out of the $300 I paid him - not happy but it reduced my loss). The script caused my site to be suspended twice, on 2 different hosts, one of which was Matt's choice and his install. So you'll understand why I am urging caution.

I can't seem to find the post now but I recall coming across a post mentioning a lot of issues you were having with xmarkpro. I was curious to find out if those issues were resolved with some of the later updates.
