I have never spent much time caring about backlinks, seo or this kind of stuff. All I cared about was to produce great content that would bring real customers to my brick and mortar business.

It worked well, really well, for years. The website kept growing, ranking first place of page one in all the search engines. And it did not have any kind of optimizations!

It was just age, generous backlinks from visitors, and killer content.
