A real-estate niche experiment: How does foreclosure work? I've learned that what happens after foreclosure varies between states. Most important is knowing your homeowner rights on a foreclosure.

I'm thinking that at this point, the opportunities for any kind of lead-gen in the real-estate niche is where the biggest bucks will be. CPA offers for 'mortgage adjustments', etc.

I also think this is going to continue to grow for quite a while before it shrinks again....

Well, Ezinearticles suspended me - more on that below.

One thing I don't like about them is the limit on anchor text. I couldn't use "American Heart Association 3 day Diet Plan" in a resource box, or even "American Heart Association Diet Plan" because you *can't* use more than 3 words in your link text! I mean, WTF??

Pool Vacuum Cleaners
Homedics Back Massager
Atomic Wall Clocks
Gas Leaf Blowers
Portable Propane Heaters

The sites are all relatively low-competition longtail...

I've been working at my Adsense sites, some of which are quite new. My objective is pure organic search engine ('natural') traffic.

An example is a new blog about dieting and weight loss, targeting the phrase "American Heart Association diet plan online".

For my new sites, I've been going after low-competition, high-volume keyword phrases, aiming to rank on Page 1 for each.

We know that this has a lot to do with backlinking, in fact if I can...

I recently started using NicheBot, and I think I'm in love! I've been on a roll uncovering new niches by finding high-volume, low-competition 'keyword phrase groups'.

Recently I launched two new sites based on Nichebot research: an Adsense blog based on scholarship programs, and another based around annuities & settlements.

They're in the very early stages, but so far the Nichebot info has been panning out. In fact, it's now replaced Wordtracker as my keyword research...
