Hey, I've submitted a support ticket on your site, sent you emails, posted on your recent thread and still no refund... after you publicly promised to refund all buyers.

Your system was jacked up from Day 1 (by your own admission) so when are you going to make good on your promise to refund my $50?!?

Can we do a deal on creating a fan page for my screensaver 'to make my mother proud' where you get the lion's share of the revenue and also a case study to use for your own marketing and products?

I'll also be launching a new graphic novel this winter which already has interest from some prominat people. Initial design concepts got great reviews. Exciting venture you may want to get involved with as I'm aiming for a best seller - won't be messing around with a dozen copies a week.
