As for your questions - i would not recommend
more then one keyword in the tittle.
In general, first come first serve with the local
business listings. However, Google will also look
the location of the company, how many reviews
a company is getting etc. The is the SEO game
and just like Google feels your blog must be
important if there is a lot of comments on it
this is the same with reviews on your listing.
That's a couple tips
for you...

Hey Jay - If you don't mind, I have a few questions regarding the Local Business idea of yours. Any answers would be awesome.
1) Keywords go into Company Name and Description. What if you have 3 keywords, as you mentioned? Do all 3 keywords go into Company Name as well as Description?
2) Since Keywords fill up the Company Name and Description, then where exactly do people see the actual name of the company? Just by the website name?
3) What happens if another guy like myself, decides to do what I am doing, with a competitor company within the same area? Whose will be first, assuming we are using identical Keywords, etc. ?
