I read your post, copied your email and thanked you, but not have a question or two about your neebie friend, and your last post.

I searched Google for "Overland Park Realtor" and there were only 10 pages of listings, and only 2 or 3 actual websites. The rest were directories or yps, stuff like that, so I searched for "Kansas City Realtor" and there were quite a few more pages, but still very few realtors with their own sites.

I can make the same search for all the surrounding towns within a 50 mi radius, but I assume the results will be the same.

My question is, does your newbie friend live in a city that is full of realtors, or does he search one town and then go to the next?

Is his goal to see the realtor face to face or try to sell them over the phone?

In your last post you said you sent out 20 emails got 4 leads and hope to close 2 of them.

Did you email 20 realtors, or some of niche?
