Hi Joe, I'm a member of Kenster's SFA and Ken told me to reach out to you about my need for an outsourcer. I was thinking of hiring a Filipino full time with some skills in Telemarketing, SEO, blog writing etc. I thought of doing that because when I teach him or her some SEO stuff for example, I can reuse that skill for my business all the time since he is my full time employee. My questions are what do you think about that strategy? and do you know any good outsource source or good potential employee in the Philippines or anywhere else for me?
