1) Look for free wp themes that match your niche -> google: "free myniche wp themes". A nice looking blog will sell better if you are just trying for the quick flip with no traffic/income.
2) List the BIN for $49. That will net you about $30 (domain reg. and listing).
3) Email bidder with a laundry list of available services (hosting, article writing, promotion, moving the site, etc.). Each service should have an embedded PayPal link so they can pay right away.
4) Do this 5 times today and you should net several hundred dollars this week. How do I know? It's in my ebook and I do it all the time.
