I know we've all been there...
To-do list that reads like a phone directory, you've got deadlines to meet, kids to feed and put to bed, family that need your time and attention...
Where do you find the time to run a business?
It's not difficult to fall into the trap of doing what I call:
Lots and lots of bugger all...
Once you're in it, you feel frustrated because you're not getting any closer to your goals - but you also feel tired...
