Thank you so much for your post. I don't want to be a pest, but I am absolutely new to selling / flipping sites. Would you mind if I sent you the Url to the site I want to sell, and just give me your opinion of whether you think it is ready for sale, or if there is something I still need to do. Heck - ANY advice will be more than welcome !
