I send Ella a help request via Zen Desk before before you closed it, but i have no answer at all.
I had some trouble getting indexed, and some other stuff on your e-course.
I also ask her in the message as you offer HERE at this WARRIOR Special Offer... You were going to RANK A WEBSITE WITH US, and do all the stuff....etc. Thing that NEVER HAPPENED and you never showed us any ranked website at all, and i really don't know if you rank a website or not.
I asked her if i had to change the background color of the ads to match the color of the ad space in the template...BUT i got no answer at all.
SO that been said, i would like a COMPLETE REFUND of my money (Remember: a complete 300% guaranteed).
I'm not doing this because i just though that your system didn't work, or because it is something hard to do...
It is because you didn't do what you promise to:
- You didn't rank a website with us, yes you showed us an example, - but did you rank something in that time?, and when i asked, i never got an answer.
- Ella didn't answer...YOU EVEN CLOSED THE HELP DESK!!!
- There was not a 5 minute day job. I'm sure that you and your team got a lot of experience, BUT to only to write an article without even thinking takes 5 minutes or more.
- The most important thing with new products and techniques is to help your members... that thing didn't happen here, and just for simple questions.
SO again, I'm asking for a complete refund yes all the 300% money back guaranteed THAT YOU PROMISED or in case you CANT DO WHAT YOU PROMISED just my $88.00 USD.
I tried to contact you everywhere so i hope you read this or everyone read this.
I even talk to Daniel, and it looks that a lot of people have requested a refund already.

I've already start a complain at PayPal, i also sent you a message via your inganic.com website........................... - unfortunitly this challenge has a lack of social and forum that allow members to interact and help each others i feel lost in this big ocean.. what a waste of money

I am kind of concern with the Live SEO challenge. The day 19 was on September 17 (a week ago). then there was 3 supplemental materials, but there is no more day 20, 21, and so on. At the beginning of the challenge we receive the videos almost every day, and if by any reason there was a change we were informed of that. But lately, there is no information and there is no someone to approach. Unfortunately there is the impression that no one care about this challenge anymore. It is a pity because I do like this challenge and think it could help many people if it is done with the commitment that was initially launched. So, please, could you inform the members what is going on.

I am sorry to bother you, but I am concern about the your customer support of the Live SEO challenge (https://igniter.zendesk.com/). At the begining the answer were really good. You posted a question and get an answer if not the same day, 24 hrs later at the most. however, lately, I have questions that have almost 7 days, and no one is answering them. I feel really stuck, as I don't get any answer to my questions.
The learning from this challenge is very good. However, the support, which used to be excellent at the beginning, it is very bad now. We are almost on day 20, and it seems that nobody cares about helping the members. Please, could you help me to get an answer to my questions.

I logged in a few days back looking forward to buying the 200$ a month WSO (for 87$ if I recall properly). I was under the impression that we had until the 19th of august to get it ! I now realize that we didn't I guess it was a couple of days back. My question to you is is there anyway that I can still purchase it, even if that means I'll have to pay a little bit extra for your trouble.
Please consider this as I was hoping this would allow me to really start making good money online!
