I sent the email on 2-18-2015 below and as of today 2-25-2015 I have had no response from you. I have been a big supporter of your products, but at the moment I very "UNHAPPY". I paid you money and not to get my upgraded version is extremely poor customer service. I logged in today and my Wordbotic account STILL has not been undated. You really need to take some time for your support and customers and websites that are out of date including the Outline Master website.
On January 30, 2015 I "PURCHASED" the upgrade for WordBotics - Mega 10k. Today "Febuary 18th, 2015" this option STILL has not been added to my dashboard! I paid you 97.00! Three weeks later and my account still has not been updated makes me a very UNHAPPY customer! Below is my purchase details and screen shots of my dashboard access for Worbbotic.
Hi Lina, I have sent you a question about your WordBotic/OutlineMaster on the 11.11.14 but no answer other than a canned ackgnoledgement. I have requested a refund and if I don't get a the refund from you in 24 hours I will be going to PayPal to lodge a dispute. I have paid almost $300 for all 3 of your WSO/OTOs.
I wish to congratulate Tina on her successive roll out of the wordbotic software. I have used it, its a great product. With little tweaks, the product can help you produce kindle books within a fraction of the time it would have taken.
Besides, Tina has has proved herself to be a real "warrior" and her customer service style is absolutely fantastic.
When I purchased wordbotic, I had a little difficulty using it initially. I sent an email to Tina regarding this. I am quite amazed at the speed of her response despite the massive number of emails she receives daily. She is really a supper woman and an asset to the warrior forum.
I sent you two refund requests during the last week in relation to the Wordbotic purchase but you just ignored my emails. This software just doesn't work and you should really not ignore buyer's emails. Ever heard of reputation management? If I don't receive a refund within the next 24 hours I will lodge a paypal dispute you are leaving me with no choice
I tried to contact you about a refund for Wordbotic and the other tools but since there was no reply, I have started a PayPal dispute. Is the 4-day reply time that is posted on the website actually in force?
