Is Pro Affiliate Theme going to be updated for WordPress 3.5?

I went to login to the site and found that the site http://www.proaffiliatetheme.com/ is no longer even up. So I went to the WSO thread for it and see there has been no activity there in almost a month and the last time anyone from Pro Affiliate Theme posted was well OVER 6 MONTHS AGO! Did I waste my money on this theme because you have now abandoned Pro Affiliate Theme?
