I bought your FBMUNKEY (Frontend) Facebook Marketing For Custom Audiences in December 2012 It's been over 3 half months now we still don't have access to the product. I have submitted several tickets to your Support desk and also several emails to you as well.
All I can say this is pathetic. No doubt the worse support ever - Why do you offer a product that you have no intention of supporting.?????

I have bought your Profit Munkey through Fuad Tolieb. I'm writing to you here because I can't access your helpdesk anymore. Either I've became undesirable, either there's something technical that doesn't work. The thing is I would ONLY (!?) like to access the product. I've followed with attention the procedures explained in the YT videos. But I can't seem to be able to receive login and password for the membersite.
So could you please help me with this and provide me with another solution or direct link?
