I was wondering if you could share how you approached businesses to sign up for your mobile directory? I figured we could share some information since we are in entirely different markets.
I am ready to monetize my site. I am also implementing an SMS daily deal and am curious as how you were able to get businesses to sign up with this as well.
Really hope you can share some knowledge with me. I have already read your posts, but am looking for more info on how to actually get the businesses to sign up.
Show the business owners the potential and what you are already doing to get viewers.....
I'm going to be using this strategy: Updating my site/app with about 50 FREE basic listings, these listings will be Big Chain Restaraunts, fast food franchises, and a few franchise business locations.
The pitch will be somewhat of a "LOOK!! your big competitors are taking advantage of this, and you can get involved with very little $$, under $25 a year"....... Obviously not verbatim, but you get the idea
