I have a domain name, hosting, WP themes already installed, a customized header, and a small amount of traffic...basically a fairly new yet established WP blog but I dont have any real monetization and setup configurations...ie. adsense, amazon, news, clickbank, etc.

How much will you charge to just setup and configure the monetization content pages (adsense, amazon, news, clickbank, etc.)
and autoblog plugins only?
