Google recently changed/updated their keyword tool.

Please get your keywords file from the old Google keyword tool, here's the link:

After getting the keywords file feed that to keyword miner and everything should work fine.

By the way, I'm in the middle of creating version 2.0 to keep up with Goog's recent update of their tool. I'll give you a feedback when the new version is ready. Customers get updates for free.
