Can anyone tell me the best way to make pictures on my Macbook Pro from around 2MB jpeg to a file and size that will work on here (97kb)

A little about my family, by the way...
My wife and I met 8 years ago through her sister, and it has been a whirlwind ever since. We got married 9 months later, had our first child (Maggie) one year later, our second child (Abbey) two years later and our third child (Zeke) two years after that! WHEW!!!
I always wanted three kids, and we got 'em, no doubt about that, and I will tell you...

Well, the last couple days, I have opened my clickbank account (which was extremely easy) and started answering questions on yahoo answers. I am going to go to blogger.com and start a blog there, as well.
I am simply wondering if I am going to have enough to say for all these blogs, as I am planning to start a few more after that. Hmm...
My wife's blog and website are doing so well that I am very pleased with our efforts on marketing there. Her products are getting fantastic unsolicited...

I am starting this blog to possibly let anyone in the same boat follow my progress.
I am starting an online business in response to being unemployed for the last year. I was previously a VP for 17 years, and did very well for myself. I have, however, realized that I am sick and tired of the corporate world, of the BS at every level, the reliance upon everything from everyone else in ownership, and not having the security desired with a family.
