You have do do it ASAP. The longer you drag, the bank will wonder why you failed to do it sooner.

I called my credit card company and they sent me a form to fill out.
I did not have time to do it yet, but will try and do it soon.
It's a paine to do all this work to get my money back because of this idiot scammer.

Well, I filed a dispute with the bank with the following:

1) Bank statement
2) Receipt
3) Concise description of the transaction and seller's failure to deliver

I am still waiting for the bank's feedback on the issue.

Did you file a dispute with your bank on that credit card transaction you made?
