If you were a Warrior in July, perhaps you remember a thread on Ad Surf Daily. Longtime Warriors cautioned folks against this program, saying it had all the hallmarks of a Ponzi scheme.

Attorneys for ASD Cash Generator and President Andy Bowdoin have filed an emergency petition, asking a federal judge to unfreeze bank accounts the U.S. government seized earlier this month.

Michael Fayad and Jonathan Goodman, ASD's attorneys, said the firm would agree to court monitoring by U.S. District Court Judge Rosemary Collyer. The lawyers also asked Collyer to dismiss the complaint.

ASD President Andy Bowdoin has filed a claim in U.S. District Court in Washington D.C. that $53 million seized last week by federal investigators is the property of AdSurfDaily Inc.

Bowdoin also asserted a home in Quincy, Fla., that agents seized is corporate property.

Meanwhile, ASD members are petitioning the U.S. Senate to investigate the Attorney General of the United States, suggesting Bowdoin is blameless and prosecutors are the real criminals.
