I heard back From Carbon and Cake and everything is ok. I have been busy. I need to finish up the site and apply to CPALead. All french licenced sites refused private freerolls since it is against legislation. Lol
Betonline.com is not a reliable Room and has a very bad reputation in the poker community. So I would stay away from them because people will have a lot of resistance playing on that room.
I wouldn't really worry about your address. You first need to find out how you are going to deposit on the poker Room. Some payment methods require address verification. You might not be able to use a fake address in that case.
No I didn't try Winner. They are applying for their french licence so the don't allow a french ip on their site. However that is good. Since I don't want to go on a site recommended in the WSO since everyone will be all over that one.
TBH, I don't think this is going to work in its actual form. My guess is that the Rooms caught up and the author realized he couldn't milk it anymore so he created a WSO. That being said I think the whole idea is interesting and it can work great with some twists.
Try Cake and Merge network. They allow American players. That being said I think you can work with any site in any country as an affiliate. For instance you can promote a French Room to French players. That shouldn't be a problem in terms of legality.
I contacted about 8 Rooms. I have heard back from two of them so far. Ipoker network didn't want my business. Pokerstars is fine with it but it seems that setting it up with them is not going to be easy. I'm waiting on an AM to contact me and explain things.
