We're only 2 weeks in to a 3 month campaign with a very competitive keyword. I would be surprised if you DID see any improvement at this point.
It takes several weeks, and sometimes a month or more to see significant improvement for very competitive keywords like yours. SEO is a slow game and patience is required. That's why this comes with a 90 day guarantee.
That said, I AM working on the site. At a little over two weeks in, I'm just finishing the very beginning phases of your ranking campaign. It's much too early to expect to see anything significant yet.
I check your rankings every Tuesday, so Tuesdays are good days to ask for updates if you want them. And, as of yesterday (which was Tuesday), your keyword was ranking at #85 on Google, which puts it in the top 100, which is actually good news. If a keyword can be brought into the top 100 right away, its chances of ranking on page 1 well before the 90 day deadline are much greater.

I've continued making sites using the methods in Zach Booker's WSO (the latest project being [URL="http://www.tvonlinestreaming.org"][B]TVOnlineStreaming.org[/B][/URL]). I've now sold two of the sites I've made using Zach's method. I kept each site for about six weeks, and made four Clickbank sales with one and three with the other. I sold each site for $500. Not bad! I've got a third site currently listed at Flippa, also with a BIN of $500. I haven't gotten my nerve up yet to ask for more, but I will, soon! So, after having the first two sites up for a month, I've made two sales from the first site and one from the second. This is most pleasing. I hope this is just the beginning of the income, so I can flip these guys in another couple of weeks for good prices.
In the meantime, I've now got 5 sites live that I've made using the techniques in Zach Booker's site flipping WSO. I've been sticking with my plan to make three a month until I see how well they do on Flippa, then maybe start outsourcing...

The first site I made with Zach Booker's site flipping course is now a month old and has over 600 backlinks. It is ranking on the first page of Google for its main keyword, which is a competitive one. It just made its first sale, and is getting about 250 uniques a month in traffic. I'm having similar results with my other two sites that I've made using his method.
The hemorrhoids niche site may have a few more desperate buyers, and I do see it getting picked up by a lot more relevant...

Well, starting the third week on my first site I made with the method I found in Zach Booker's WSO, I've got 403 backlinks to the first site, and four pages indexed, according to Yahoo Site Explorer. The second site, which is about a week and a half old, has a page indexed and five backlinks. No income from either site yet, but both are in strong markets with minimal competition, so I'm hoping that after I go through the full promotional schedule that the income will start flowing.
