Ok, I have ended up neglecting some of the stuff that was working for me before, to do this "youtube" thing. My idea was to do it well and then help other people learn how to do it. Well, how did that work out?

I haven't reached any of my goals with youtube. Should I give up? Well...not completely, but I am restarting and doing it completely different than I was before. The method I've been using has been horribly low on conversions once users get to my landing page....

Everyone always says to write down your goals. I recently saw a post on the warrior forum saying that $$$/day goals don't work, because it's hard to keep it consistent. That does not make sense to me. Of course the earnings can be wildly different from day to day, but if you are averaging above $100 every single day than you can say you're making $100/day and have reached your goal. Or, one day could be $150 and the next $75 but you are still always averaging $100/day, so it's the way you look...

Ok, I have made a goal, which I think is a small goal or a big goal depending on how I look at it. I do not make even $100K per year, which I would like to do. I think, in IM, this really is not much. I have met guys in this business who are raking in the dough upwards of $1 million per year. This seems doable for me, a few years down the road, if I can scale. If I can make the right moves.
