1. Go into your cpanel for the hacked site
2. Click on phpmyadmin
3. click on database
4. click on the database for your wp site
5. Browse the row titled wp_users
6. edit the row for your user account.
7. change your password and email addy
8. click go.

The plugins are listed in alphabetical order. Just add and remove plugins as you see fit...
