I've received several PMs about my experiences with “Coaches.” I thought I'd spend some time sharing with you.

You'll notice, I cannot for legal reasons, mention any names or specifics. I will give out general information.

My intent here is not to "bring down" any specific "Coaches."

Instead, I'm hoping to keep you from wasting time and money...

This is information I wish someone had shared with me before I went looking...

The most prevalent one I've seen is the "Coach" isn't 100% clear on what he means by a "Money Back Guarantee."

Lately, I've seen a lot of discussion about the cost of Software Development. It is troubling to see how many pieces are being missed.

People equate Software Development with done/not done tasks like digging a foundation for a home...

Should I Hire A Software Development Company That Outsources Its Work To A Third Party?

There are a few problems with hiring a company that outsources its work...

They are merely acting as "brokers."

The company doesn't have ANY expertise in that area... That is WHY they outsource...

Do you really want to trust your work and success to a company that has NO expertise

Here are some questions to ask before hiring a "Coach"

1. What is your response time?

Why ask this?

You want to know what their “formal” response time is.... Keep in mind, many “Coaches” promise a one day turnaround... In my personal experience, very few actually deliver....

2. How is the content delivered?

Why ask this?

You want to know if this is a “group” coaching...
