Rob,
I sent you an email about my rebranding of the Volume 1 (Plumber, Electrician & AC)
I have been able to insert my company name and info with Camtasia on the first two (Plumber and Electrician) but cannot get the AC file to load. I get an error which states..."Unable to create thumbnail image for the file (Vol 1 AC ServiceITC.mp4) Unable to decode the video stream. This file may not be supported." I have tried downloading a few times and both the other files work except the AC one.
