    Robert,
I've bought a ton of your products over the years (PHP and WP mainly) and I see that some of them are getting a bit old and you've upgraded some of them.
Do you have an upgrade program for your existing subscriber/clients/buyers? Let me know, and thanks for producing great products.

E-mail marketing is definitely not dead, and if you market to your prospects both before and after the sale, you will outsell the majority of your competition. I have one friend who is really strict about his follow-ups, and has 7 presale follow-ups for all products, plus 7 post sale e-mail follow-ups for all products. Although some of my products have no follow-up e-mails, one of them has 124 pre-sell e-mails that spends over two years convincing opt-in subscribers to buy a particular product....

If you go to just about any internet marketing forum you will find one or two posts from people asking how to get a quick 100 dollars. Not a thousand dollars or a million dollars, just 100 dollars. Getting a small amount of money first is a big deal. Heck, I spoke to a guy once who only made one dollar in his last six years online, and to that most people would say, "Great! You're doing better than most people out there." So how do you make an easy 100 dollars overnight, if you are determined...

My question for you today is: does your business run on clients or customers? The difference is that a customer is somebody who buys from you once, that is the only relationship you have with that person. This was my marketing strategy for years. Launch a product, they pay, and then I never speak to them again. You should not market that way. You need to blur the line between a client and a customer and never stop selling to them.

After people buy from you, get them on a mailing list...

A squeeze page is a lead capture page where the only goal is to build your list. You do not have offsite links, banner ads, or even an order button, just an e-mail subscription box. The only point of a lead capture squeeze page is to gather opt-in subscribers. Almost always, you present your offer in the form of a sales letter, to try to get people to subscribe. So what are the secrets to a high converting squeeze page?

The first thing you should do is add video. Search engines love...

When I attended an internet marketing seminar in Dallas, Texas, a few months ago, a large group of us went out to dinner at a steakhouse. One of the marketers made a statement that instantly alienated him from the rest of the group. It showed me that he was a buyer instead of a seller.

That statement was that a well-known internet marketing mentor we all knew, took his $20,000 per year mastermind group out to dinner, and did not buy them dinner. This person seemed to be convinced...
