I made one sign on my computer, then went to Fedex/Kinkos and had copies made on medium card stock...just simple black lettering on white paper. I had a ton of wire coat hangers so i bent them & used those for stands. I chose ten busy commuter intersections in my area and posted all 4 corners, plus at the end of a few highway exit offramps.
If you can, i truly recommend posting an ad at a local college and doing short interviews for outsourcing. I've had much more success with that than the anonymity of fiverr etc. It's well worth the extra time it takes.
