I just basically followed the first method exactly how he laid it out. Don't over think it. Budget wise, all you really need is a few dollars for a domain name. Then you just use a URL redirect to get the traffic to your offer. Just remember to explain very thoroughly to your partner how they are going to get paid as well. I used paypal and it worked just fine.

I haven't even tried the second method yet because I had so much success from the first so I can't really tell you what worked with that one. Let me know if you have any other questions!

Can you please share to me your story about your success on Flash CPA? I already know the methods because I purchased both eBooks from williamrs about Flash CPA.

I already implemented the first eBook on the second method which I already know what to do, but my weakness is the budget. The first method also finding difficulty on the message delivery.
