I recently subscribed to a free magazine called Website Magazine which is for webmasters. It's totally free and after reading the first two issues I was impressed with the content.

The one thing they do before you get the magazine is make sure you own a website. They do have advertising in the magazine of course so they want to make sure they have a targeted audience for their ads. All you need to do is email them a website that is yours. I get sick of getting these spam domain phishers. Usually I get ones where they know I have a dot org, dot net domain, or dot info and they buy the dot com domain. Then they send me an email saying I can have the domain for only $500! What they do is buy these domains and try to sell them. If they can't sell them within 5 days they get a refund from the register. You may not consider that phishing but I feel it is at least spamming and annoying.

So, today I got a new domain name spam/phishing...

I don't know about other domainers and marketers, but ever since Google added the monthly Approx Search Volume feature, I have been increasing the number of domains I purchase. This is after I told myself I wanted to cut the total number of domains in half recently. This tool makes this hard though because there are some good domains available which have been overlooked.

Most of the great domains have been long gone for years, but don't let anyone say there aren't opportunities available...

It's been a close race the last few years, but recently the Tim Phelan who wrote a book about about IBS, also known as Irritable Bowel Syndrome, has been in the number one spot in a Google search for our name. :-(

Lets see what Allen's new Warrior forum blog power rankings can do. Will I overcome the auther of "Fear and Loathing in the Bathroom." Oops. That wasn't the name of the book. What was it? Oh yeh, it's called "Romance, Riches, and Restrooms". Not kidding...
