Hi Steve-

I have been and am away for the summer.. my VA wanted to start using SEOR but discovered that the license/login had been lost to the input area and was no longer saved.

A support ticket was opened with Plmus that after sevral weeks provided an answer not even remotely addressing the issue, and then no response other than acknowledging the question when we tried to clarify

At this juncture I have been paying for the license and can't use it at all. Never have

I wonder if an adjusment might be made for at least a month if we keep it and try again...asumedly that is if we can get the license login again as we have been requesting

I will check back to see what you might think and appreciate your time and any help

Hi bought your software after playing with the trial.
Now, I paid with paypal through plimus, using my backup email in my paypal account because of issues with stuff not getting delivered to my promary email address.
Plimus sent me to a form to fill out, and it will not accept my order number, so I cannot submit it.

My primary paypal email is jyawn@att.net
the secondary is ding.danger@gmail.com (placed order with this one)

Can you pleas help me? Should I refund and order again?
They just sent me an email "this order is pending plimus review"
