Thank you so much for your response. I don't think I can express exactly what happened in my head. Like I mentioned, a light turned on, so thank you. I already have a new client - with two businesses - and I'm already applying that stuff, and I was shocked that the owner (my client) didn't even bat an eye at the 200/month maintenance that I was trying to sell him on. I didn't even try to sell it, I just mentioned it, and he's like yeah, do that...I guess when you have a different outlook it affects how you deal with people, and how they perceive you. So thanks
