Sorry for delay. I was not notified by your message. I am aware of the problem and it has started recently. Could you please email them once to get the key and see what they tell. Anyway I am updating the guide with another method. Sorry to say that this will take 5 more minutes. I really don't had any idea that PayPal will do something like this. Anyway I will send the updated guide as soon as possible and also some more as a compensation. Please don't forget to check my followup email. I hope it will be okay.
