Default Wealthiest Person On This Forum...

Hello all,

I just got back from a wonderful spiritual retreat
and learned a lot.

I actually got to spend some time with many
Buddhist monks and nuns and listen to a lot
of their lessons.

At 24 years old I am very fortunate to be able to
do things such as this, and I owe it all to online
business!!

I just wanted to share some thoughts with you all...

A great thing that we kept coming back to was
merit...

Do you have merit?

They explained merit as your universal bank account.

When you do something virtuous, you receive merit
points or 'money'. This as we know is directly related to karma.

I am sure most mind warriors know about karma and I
am sure some follow it but I am positive that some
DO NOT!

Selling people some BS that you know does not work
takes away from your merit points, similar to deducting
from your universal bank account - sort of like a fine.

On the other hand, offering people good advice to
genuinely help them adds 'money' to your universal
bank account.

Which area do most warriors fall into?

Also another point they mentioned is that when somebody
else does something good and we are sincerely happy for
them, we get merit for that also.

When you see somebody doing good, don't try to rain on
their WSO or try to sabotage their success, sincerely
congratulate them and turn their success and happiness
into your own!

So with these points in mind, I believe it will be easier
to go about our daily lives and build our inner wealth while
doing business online and sharing thoughts in communities
like this.

The key points are to be genuine and sincere.

I just thought that this would help many mind warriors out
in trying to relieve our minds from suffering and imperfections.

Jealousy, anger, hate, greed, selfishness and all other types of
emotions and feelings are just a manifestation of our minds
suffering.

So those who genuinely don't feel those emotions have
freed themselves from the mental prison that we all live
in - and are truly the wealthiest people on this forum.

Just remember, you can't take any of it with you - EXCEPT
your inner wealth! (So I believe anyways)

I am not there yet but am aware of these imperfections
and sufferings and try to build my 'universal bank account'
daily and wanted to share this very simple idea with you.

So next time something great happens to you, just
know that you accrued some 'money' in your universal bank
account and just paid the universe for that!

On the other hand, when something does not go your way,
go back and think about how you might have deducted some
points from the account and try to gain them back daily!

Let this be a lesson to us all (and myself) - come together
and let's build our inner wealth and the external wealth that
we all yearn for will be following right behind!! It is a law!!

Peace,

-Greg

I live my life in this way.

I am a best selling Spiritual and Metaphysics author as well as doing IM for 12 years, but my life focus is helping others in any way they need help out of Service.

Because my weekly newsletter is read by hundreds of thousands I get thousands of emails per week, many asking for help in life situations, some even suicidal, and it is to these my time is dedicated before IM.

I could make vastly more in IM is I focused on IM, but our greatest investment in time, Energy and Love is Service to Spirit of which we are One.

Money is meaningless by comparison.

My retreat was taken at the Kadampa Buddhist
meditation center in Glen Spey, NY.

It is a great place, I would recommend you all go.

I may actually put together a marketing mastermind
event up there, if anyone would be interested.

This is a beautiful thing and for that my friend, you
are a very wealthy person.

Love and compassion for others is how we should focus

brings shal follow behind.

I am glad you chimed in here, I wish you the best of

Its all a figment of your imagination, think of your
office as a beautiful place and it will instantly
become that.

Keep up the hard work and make a goal to get to
one of these retreats and work towards that.

It will give your subconscious a stronger goal and your
'why' will be very strong and focused and you will soon
be there, I promise!

Thanks for the inspiring post, Greg! I'm really happy for you that you've found some "enlightment" in that center. I'm a fan of "mind power", finding yourself and stuff like that. Well, personal development would be the better term for my "hobby".

Anyway, I do not believe directly in karma. But I honestly couldn't imagine selling people bull**** just to make a quick buck. If you pull off stuff like that then it WILL come back around some day. It has proven for me over and over again in life.

The harder you work, the bigger your reward.

I agree that this statement alone might make a lot of people angry and it is not meant to be taken literally. I'm very well aware of the fact that most of the hardest working people on earth have not much at all. You have to work hard on the right things (let's call it that).

I agree Sven and i would like to add more to that on what that right thing should be,your daily effort should be a part of a big plan leading to your ultimate objectives. If you are working damn hard just to make the both ends meet then you may not heap the riches unless if you work according to a plan.

Keeping a good attitude is like Kudzu, it spreads!

Thank you Greg.

Believe me, when I receive messages from people who I have been able to help, even turn their life around, money, by comparison, seems meaningless.

I make a lot of money in IM, but helping just one person means more to me.

and actually, the more we help others, the more we help ourselves, although that should never be a motive.

Thanks again - I can see you you live your life in the highest sense.

"The more we help others, the more we help ourselves"

I find that to be very true, because most of the time I find
what I teach is the very lessons that I need to be learning
more about myself.

Life is a non stop lesson, every day we grow wiser, everyday we
are much more advanced than the last.

That is why patience is so important.

Instead of getting angry or jealous, just be patient and in minutes
you will gain wisdom and see why those same thoughts that got you
angry or jealous are irrelevant.

Start living like you can die today and your life surely will change
for the better.

Greg,

What you said here is so true. My business partner and I took a day in the city of Boston and as we went about our work that day made it a point to go out of our way to just do something to help someone every chance we got. That's all we do now between appointments and it's come back to us many times over. And frankly it just feels good.

John,
That is fantastic ... P.S. I love Boston - I am from Connecticut
and frequent Boston. The Intercontinental Boston is like an
escape for me!

That is really what it is about - helping others.

That is very inspiring and refreshing that you were out there
helping others every chance you get and in doing that you
will soon notice that other people are great once you give them
a chance.

I always think, that guy is standoffish, or that lady looks mean -
and that all goes away once you give them a warm smile or say
hello, you find out that people are innately good and our sufferings
bring out the bad in us.

Let this be a lesson to all ... If you want to brighten up your day,
simply help another person or even give them a nice smile, it will
brighten up both of your days.

If I take the ratio between the number of posts I have made and the number of times I have been thanked, it would probably be one parameter for measuring how wealthy I am .. But it is not the only parameter as many people help through PMs, IMs and mails.. But could be one measuring parameter.

Well looking at my stat, I ain't wealthy yet

I believe every action that you make in your business, however small it is, will attract the value you put into it back to you.

So the more value you give to people, you will see that come back to you.

Check out Frank Kern as a great example. He gives away so much free information in his blogs and to his list that just by the law of probabiity, people who couldnt afford to buy his stuff first time round will make so much money with his free stuff that they will be compelled to buy his more expensive stuff later on.

Joe Vitale - spiritual marketing. Sums all that up perfectly. Go get the ebook, its f.r.e.e!

Inner wealth is not something that somebody
else can give you...

As long as you are adding value to the lives of others,
and truly giving, your universal bank account is filling up,
no matter if others acknowledge it or not!

Just keep giving and you will live a happy existence
and ultimately be fulfilled, even if not 1 person in the
world acknowledges you!

Keep up the good work!
