Just got back from a great vacation and man, is it hard to get back into the swing of things. Anyone got some cool techniques to get one's head back into the game?

Open the bills :-) I always just organize, see where I was before I left, look at some "to do" stuff, old ideas and etc. This seems to get the train of thought back in line, and getting back to the pattern. |

Try some motivation spikes. Think of what you're working for. What your motivation is, and how you not working will prevent that from occuring.
