Default Does Anyone Use Mind Tools?

Does anyone here use any kind of mind tools such as:

Subliminal messaging

Affirmations

Visualisations/Dream boards

Binaural audio

Hypnotic scripts

I have a Mind_gear PR2 sound and light machine which is VERY effective.

You can use it for sleep aid, and alertness aid.

It entrains the mind for Alpha, theta or beta waves in varies combinations using flashing LED lights and several types of audio including Binaural beats.
Cost about $350 several years back.

I Know it works very well for sleep and alertness.
It is claimed to assist in learning enhancement but, how would I be able to confirm that?!
I is also claimed to help reduce stress but, couldn't notice any help when I used those settings.I suppose the sleep settings achieve that.

It SERIOUSLY will get me to a super deep sleep.
Good item

Hello Mr.thread starter,

I think you should come straight to the point ,explain the salient features of the tool you are trying to propagate through the signature.

Ok, I will, although my post was just to get some research on whether people do use any kind of mind tools. Doesnt seem like that many so far

Loud alarm clocks are bad for your health. Its medically proven.

I also used to find it hard to get motivated first thing in the morning. Esp getting up for a job I hate

So I came up with a solution. An alarm clock that wakes you up with affirmations and music of your choice. You can also add your own visulisation/dream board image to it.

An all in one motivational gadget.

People like Jairek Robbins from Tony Robbins Foundation and other coaches in the UK are loving it.

I am looking for affiliates and JV partners so PM for more details.

Mind Power, Spiritual Growth and Metaphysics is my niche, in which I am very well known, and I would say that the only tool you need to develop your Mind is your Mind.

That said I actually think your idea is a good one.

If you must use affirmations and suggestions to program the Subconscious Mind, then immediately upon waking is the time to do it.

Hi apc01,

Cheers for the support. You are totally right, the power is all in the mind. But there are so many distractions and conflicts in everyones day to day life, that having tools to focus your mind can be really helpful.

May be we can help each other. I would be really interested in talking to you further.

Mr Thread starter that was funny. Its too bad I was hoping that it was going
to be a start of a really kool conversation about positive motivation and how
it works itself into business and life.

There is an area to promote your stuff in the forum why don't you use it Mr Thread starter you will get better response if you are just upfront.

Here is something for you:

Find the good within your intent and motives then spread the good openly and honestly.

I use all of those tools and have found them all to work effectively.

I gave birth to both of my children using Hypnosis and it was the most incredible experience for learning exactly how powerful your subconscious mind is. My second child was 10 pound and born in just 12 minutes of active labor with no intervention pain relief.

I use a program called SHARM (Self Hypnosis and Relaxation Machine) to create my own hypnosis and binaural cds.

I've recently started doing autosuggestion/autogenics and am finding it even more succesful than hypnosis and subliminal suggestion.

When you learn to master your mind you can achieve some really wonderful results. It's also a great tool for managing your emotions and complete self mastery. I also practice a lot of learning kineseology aswell (Google Brain Gym).

Read up a bit on Quigong (Not sure on the spelling). I've only started reading about it but I've heard it's quite effective too.

I hope that helps. I'd love to hear about the results you get from it. Just make sure that you practice it daily because it looses much of its power if you only use it sporadically.

I'm totally down with using mind tools for focus and motivation. I also as you can tell am big time into hypnosis. I have found great benefit from using NLP and Quantum Energy technology too.

I personally don't like to use mind tools in order to breed success. I am more into actually believing in what i'm doing from word go.

Success requires no explantaions. Failure permits no alibi.

When I have articles or sales copy to write I use
Brianwave Entrainment audios to keep me focused.

This brings out the creativity in me and I get so much
done. It also relaxes me a great deal and keeps me
from feeling burdened down with the work that must
be done.

Although I LOVE listening to the radio, it's too much
of a distraction, because I'll sing the songs and lose
track of time.

I also use a hypnotic mp3 that I got here on the forum
to program my mind for success. I listen to it at night
and first thing in the morning.

Then I use EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) to
clean up the negative writing on my walls. I tap on what
"yeah butts" - get rid of them and move forward.

Finally, I never cease to pray and be thankful for all that
was, all this is, and all that will be in my life.

I really love

Sound Healing - music that has a therapeutic effect on the mind and body. For example our organs have a frequency they emit when they are healthy and when our organs are ill they will emit a different type of frequency.

Therefore listening to music that promotes a healthy frequency will help your body heal quickly.

I love Dr Jeffrey Thompson
Tom Kenyon
Ethan Vorly

I bought a product called HoloSyn. Nothing bets it. I tried things that were similar, but it works for me. It's just a CD with relaxing sounds and it has positive thinking messages in there which is very low to the point of not even hearing it.
