In a world where belief is so frequently mistaken for truth, my favorite quotation is... "The truth will set you free" Some truths include: I am as I am. You are as you are. Life is as it is. It is as it is. The feelings you actually do physically feel in your body are true. Some non-truths include: Sentences with the word 'should', 'have to', 'need to' are almost always beliefs, not truths. Almost all statements about the future are beliefs not truth. Fear, almost always, is a belief we make up ourselves. The 'feelings' we call feelings but actually are dubious beliefs we are trying to pass off as truths such as, "I feel like I'm going to fail this exam" (ie using the verb 'to feel' correctly will set you free!)
