It is very important how you dress if you want to be succesfull. Clothes express you emotional state and your social status. For example if you are a banker you can't go to work in shorts and a T-shirt. You should be dressed more official

Hi, If you're referrring only to the internet, everything is most definitely in your own mind. Therefore the way you dress cannot have any obvious impact on the people you're trying to reach although if you think you look great it could inspire you so much that the vibes get through to your readers, which would be great. In my case, as I'm new to the Internet, I prefer to be comfortable in what I'm wearing but reasonably presentable in case someone knocks on my door! I've noticed that some people who've achieved great success seem to deliberately dress down - could this be to show that they don't need to impress anybody anymore? And what about the way some pop stars dress? Don |

I tend to go with a VERY casual FLORIDA business casual. (i.e. cargo shorts, polo shirt, and barfoot) part of that is because I start my day with a walk on the bay and meditation and that is the appropriate dress for that. Part is because I am in FL. And part is because it helps me remember that all of *this* is just busy work to keep me out of the way while the universe provides. Jim |

I stay at home for work everyday. As for my clothing, I would have to say they are casual and classy at the same time. For example, I often wear a blazer with a casual shirt and pants. Yes, even now, during the Summer season. Why? Well, like some of you I do believe that our outfit does have an impact on what I accomplish throughout the day. Sometimes it says otherwise, but we all have those days.

Years ago as a National Accounts manager I wore 3-piece suits. Today, living in Florida, our dress code is casual. You wear what you like and make sure you are comfortable with it. Jeans and shorts are great!

I worked in a professional engineering office. Not any more but I love putting on the old office gear and playing the professional when meeting people about property deals etc. then getting home and throwing them in a corner, walking around in jocks and eating icecream or something. Hahaha!

I find that wearing jeans and a t-shirt at least, will make you more focused as opposed to being way too comfortable which can make you not want to do a thing, but to each his own

A simple white collar shirt, an ironed black pants, and an impressive black coat plus a gleaming silver rolex watch. Awesome. ![]() Regards, Edmund |

You know for me it's the other way around - the more comfortable my clothes are the more successful I feel. In fact just this morning as I pulled on my super comfy shorts and t-shirt, I thought how wonderful it was that I no longer had to put on horrendously uncomfortable clothes and shoes I always hated. For me, having the choice to wear anything I want makes me more free and successful than any 'professional' attire. |

yes, i do dress for success. I am a full time internet marketer, I do dress up smart casual to start my day. The reason why I dress up is to condition myself, as most of us came from the working class, so you need to wear in a specify clothing for work, and this has been with us. Though after I quit my job, and became full time, I will still dress up (not like before). This is only in the normal working hour only, then I will resume back to my home clothing. |

Dressing for success is completely dependent on the person. In certain circumstances where appearance is obsolete, the only obvious answer depends on another factor. For example, when you are meeting a lady, dressing for success is a must whereas if you stay home the whole day, what you wear doesn't exactly matter in the grand scheme of things.

I'm not a 100% work at home guy but I have asked myself the same question and realized it only works if I believe it, and decided to work in my jeans.

Well, I just wear something casual and comfortable clothes when working at home. I do dress for success in some events that would require me to do so. There are also times that I feel like looking presentable and formal.

Overknee pants and a T-shirt ftw! I don't like jeans. They are uncomfortable. |

T's and jeans because I am comfortable in these. If I shoot a video I obviously would change my attire. Then it would be a dress shirt and jeans. Locpic63 |

I always dress for success and it doesn't matter what clothes I am wearing! Upon waking in the morning, I tell myself that I am winner, not a loser, I am am very intelligent, will meet my goals no matter what other say or think or however long it may take! Sometimes I may be witty, sometimes I feel pretty, sometimes overwhelmed, doesn't matter because success is a mindset! I put on my success evrymorning by reaffirming I am successful! It excites me and sets me up for a successful day no matter what the agenda may be! ![]() To Your Success! Terra |

Any time I leave the house, I usually either wear a dress (my staple) or try to look nice. If I'm just working from home, I'll wear comfy clothes all day and don't think twice about it. I like to fold up in all sorts of weird positions while I'm working - those kind of clothes are the most suitable for that. |

indeed! Dress bring us to success. I usually dress in a formal way. I don suits even though I am in home, who cares, it's my way of style besides I am more comfortable with my blue blazer. My neighbors like it because it is very trendy and classy. What you dress defines who you are. Be bold and be unique. Well, that's me.

![]() I just slap on something comfortable when I get up, and dress up a bit prettier than I normally would around people, when I visit clients. If I'm wearing a suit, I feel small business owners will think "this is going to be expensive..." unless they wear a suit themselves of course. People still call me an expert when they pick up the phone and we have a meeting if I just look a tad serious | |
