| Friends, improving the overall quality of your lives is about self improvement and the acquisition of skills and this no longer a question of should I improve the quality of my life or not. Our world is evolving at an astronomical pace that you can not remain where you where yesterday, do things the way you have always done them and expect different results than you have be having. It is important to reiterate that the knowledge of yesterday is fast becoming obsolete today as a consequence of the events occurring in our world. Therefore, it is proper to say that your ultimate success in life is predicated on improving the quality of your life on consistent bases. Take for instance we upgrade our computers frequently so that it stays relevant to the trends of time. Of course you know if your programs or software are obsolete there are certain important tasks that your computer will not be able to perform. In the same vein if you do not improve yourself personally or professionally there will be certain important tasks that you will not be able to perform which will hinder your progress in the final analysis, hence it imperative that you improve yourself so as to stay relevant in our changing world. Improving the overall quality of your life therefore requires the following steps: 1.A desire to change 2.The decision to take action 3.The disciplines to practice the new behaviours you have decided upon 4.The determination to persist until the anticipated expectation is achieved. This list is not exhaustive but it can help to begin the process of improving the quality of your life significantly. |

There is a saying that if there's a will there's a way. That's right if someone want to improve, one has to have the strong will. |

Yes that's true, if there's a will there's a way. but most people are feeling affraid of taking the first step of actions.

You are 100% on the bullseye there my friend! I think what most people need to realize is that they have to DECIDE that it's time to change. If you're reading this, are you earning what you're really worth? Do you think you should be further along financially? What's the gap between where you are and where you should (not want) to be? If you were to continue on the path you are right now, would you get paid how much you're worth? If not, isn't NOW the time to change? |

Call it what you will but spend time each day alone with your thoughts. This surely isn’t the first time you’ve heard that advice, Not only will these be your most productive moments in life but it will be a boost to your confidence that will alter the decisions you make elsewhere in life. |
