THE BEAUTY OF EVERYTHING

The picture that I am about to point in this article will be best illustrated with the biography of one of the strongest and greatest American president that ever lived. Abraham Lincoln, you will agree with me attained his leadership destiny not probably because of his early array of success both in politics and life but his sets of failures which he never permits to be final. To me this biography is rather inspirational in fact I often tagged it as biography of failure!

He has less than one year of formal schooling and failed miserably in business in 1831. He was defeated for the legislative post in 1832. He failed again in business a year later. His fiancée died in 1835, He was defeated for speaker of the hours in 1838. He married into what historian call a living Mystery in 1842, only one of his four sons lived past the age of 18. He was defeated again for the congress in 1843. Elected into congress in 1846. For congress in 1848, Defeated for the senate in 1855, Defeated for vice president in 1856 Defeated for senate 1858

-After 30 years of failure became one of the American greatest presidents in 1860!
My dear reader, there is beauty in everything! Even failure has its own beauty. Failure is an event; it’s not a person. Have you failed in business lately? It’s your life in total disarray and you don't know what to do? Are you afraid to try again after many sets of setbacks? My admonition to you today is to try again! Dear readers, instead of seeing failure as a setback, see it as a step back because its step back and not setback that provokes a forceful come back.

The first time I read the story of this great man called Abraham Lincoln, my heart skipped a bit. I kept on wondering, how can a man face so much failure in life and still lived the life of his drams afterwards by becoming the 16th American president? The answer I got is what provoked me to put down this thought for your perusal. You see one of the predominant assets of those who think possible in spite of challenges and mammoth of failure is their true perception of what failure is. They constantly believe that there is beauty in everything even failure! Its your perception that controls your perspective and its your perspective that gives birth to your performance because as a man thinketh so is he. Check the life of great entrepreneurs who became the movers and shakers of the world economy today, you will discover that they are men who have gained mastery over failure. They believe failure is success turned inside out. I have read great stories of men like Bill Gates (Microsoft corporation); Simon Cornwell (founder of idol), store case (creator of AOL); Simon Filler, Milton Hershey, Dangote, W.K Kelligg, Sergey Brin and Larry page (google.com) David Oyedepo, Jimoh Ibrahim (NICON GROUP) e.t.c.and I have come to discover that these sets of great men were not born with silver spoons in their mouths. All they did early life is to master failure and with the help of God convert failure into success.

Successful people don’t see failure in their minds, all they see constantly is success and that is why they are very successful in business and life. My dear reader, the truth is that the problem you are passing through now may be the problem you are born to solve. At times failure is tied to purpose. Are you facing financial problems now? Look, maybe you are the next financial giant that will be giving homes to the homeless and hope to the hopeless in future! Just like words and opposite, failure is the opposite of fortune. Take a piece of paper and jot down all your failures, with correct perspective, you will discover that the opposite may be the vision God is planning to help you run with!
One of the keys to great wealth that I have discovered over time is the mastery of failure. I make bold to say this because I here seen so many people with potential for greatness who are very near to breaking through financially and then allowing a little setback to turn them against their dreams. The truth is, without pain and problems, our accomplishment have little value. My idea is that if it costs nothing, it means nothing. In fact the inevitable path of achieving success there is beauty in every thing, even failure. There are people who have had it easier than you and worse and there also people who have had if harder than you and where better. Your circumstances here very little to do with getting over past failures
Refuse to quit for were never quit and quitters never win. If you contest for an election and you lose, draw inspiration from the story of Abraham Lincoln as painted above. Did your lat contract fail? Apply again! Success in within you. Don’t go to America in search of what you already have. Stop looking for job; you are a job yourself! Stop! Think!! Create!!! If you can think enough, your talent, skill, knowledge and wisdom is enough.

Any thing is possible if you put your mind to it and you really work hard and you doing the right perspective to it, you shouldn’t think of why you can't do something which most people do. You should focus on why perhaps you can and you will. If a black man can be the 44th president of America, yes you can. Success is never ending, failure is never final. To your success.

Yes, not all appreciate failure. What they do like are those which give them convenience and pleasure. But your article made me think of appreciating shortcomings, drawbacks and failures in life. Well, I can just think one cant appreciate the success if he didn't encounter challenges. You can only say it is a success when you first struggled.
