|  Hug Your Monster, People!
Ever heard that saying? I just heard it for the first time the other day. It's all about getting past your fears. For me, my weight has hindered me and caused fear of being social in a live setting with my customers. I have turned down dozens of seminars all over the world. I have declined to meet DFW peeps for mastermind groups. I have never done a live chat like on ustream. Video doesn't bother me - I have no clue why. But this week I'm hugging the first monster - going live. I'm nervous and excited - like you feel when you're stomach's shriveling up on a rollercoaster. What's YOUR Monster? Why haven't YOU hugged it yet? I'm making this the year I force myself to do things I'm scared to do. Tiff  |

I've never heard of this saying, either, but it's definitely one worth remembering! My monster (but slowly diminishing) are creating videos. I've been working on not only hugging that monster, but tackling it! I had to commit myself to a goal to create a video every 90 days and put them up for people to comment upon. This has been getting me closer to hugging my monster! |
