Yeah, I watched this before. Awesome video, although I didn't really like "Wherever You Go, There You Are" that much. His writing style just didn't click with me for some reason. I like the fact that he's taking meditation away from all the mystical angle stuff and using science to shed some light what it does and why it might benefit some people.
