Smile is Not a Weapon But Rather a Shield!

In a close by thread an active warrior sincerely asked; what is that you do when someone is pulling you down? And the answer was simple.

When wearing a smile there is no need to fight no need to argue and no need to acknowledge intimidation either. More often that enough a genuine smile can be a ''Thesis'' on ones outlook in life!

A smile simply protects you from unwanted attacks and brings positive chain of events to happen! Be there to accept these always with a smile

I think it depends on you, how do you use your smile.
Smile is waepon when you have to join something without authorith.
But smile is also shield when you have to protect youself from harm things.
Smile always have possitive effects.

Well anyway, I believe that Smiling is a shield, this is the only way we can do in order to accept the fact that we can never please everybody. That in any way or another, even if we want to be kind to others, we really don't know what is the impact to them. Just Smile.

So, has everyone smiled today with the results? Isn't it great that 30 people have gone thru to be the next warriors? Amazing harmony of nature that is what I say. Some of these people will become true images of success. True War Room members!

The most amazing of all is that it all begun with 6 memberships. It might even been less than that, but when I seen the two threads, one was with one membership and another with 6 to give away.

Every few moments and the numbers were growing fast and up to 30 memberships. This is what I call spirit. True spirit!

And so I hope for all of these winners to be worthy and brilliant at what they do and share with their community the same way they received their own help.

So...have you smiled today?

Yes, my friend, I smile every day! I think I posted this elsewhere on the forum before, however, I will share with you that the personal quote under my senior picture in my senior yearbook says, "Face the world with a smile and you'll find it smiles back!

At that point in my life, I found it to be very true!

At this point in my life I still find it to be true but with an adendum: If I find the world not to smile back, I smile even bigger! I guess that shows my attitude is in the right place and I love to smile bigger when I get snarled at because I find it annoys the other people causing me to smile all the more!

OMGosh, does that make me a rebel?!

Now there's something I never considered myself! Oh Well, even though I absolutely abhor conflict, as I am known by many as a peacemaker, I will be a rebel for a good cause any day!

I completely agree with the comments, Smile is a great tool that can help you solve many problems, it keeps you healthy and acceptable by others. one should not mistake that there is a difference between smile and laughing, one should not laugh in a heated environment, rather if he smiles, the other person mellows down and the heated discussion turns in to a constructive one. thanks

OMGosh, I had to take the Jung personality and aptitude test for career placement to go back to college and that is one of the aspects of my type of person "will persue their principles unto death"

I suspect that a smile can be both defensive and offensive.

People can't push your buttons if you're genuinely smiling though them.

Yes, it actually takes more muscles to frown than to smile so we should all try this method as a "shield." Moreover, when the person who's bringing us down sees that we are not affected by his criticisms, it can eventually make him stop. A positive outlook is essential especially since we all lead stressful lives.

Yes its true that smiling is a shield for us to deflect those incoming negative thoughts. Even thou we are at a hard times we still can smile and nothing can take away our smile

Yeah, it's true. I used to get a lot of negative reactions from people and I didn't know why...

I wasn't in a bad mood etc. but if I don't smile... I look angry. Thus people would think "What's that guy's problem with me?", and they'd give me a bad look.

Since I made it a habit to smile I have found that it is both a shield, weapon, tool and best used as a pre-emptive strike.

And there are times when I wish I could have a genuine looking smile when I am not being genuine. I cannot seem to do that, but if I could it would help me out quit a bit!
