Since I'm a student at the moment, I'm not working to live nor am I living to work, I just want to build some money so that I can buy myself a new PC with my own money and not by wasting my parent's money. I also want to familiarize myself with IM and other internet money making methods so that when the time comes, I can run a successful online affiliate business or just a good online income stream to complement my job's earnings.
But I think I'd be living to work, because its so boring if you don't have anything to do!

While I in theory work to pay bills, etc. I also am very passionate about my area of work and it provides me true satisfaction to do what I do.

So??Work to live, mean u need to choose the work that can make your inner spirit happy too so you will live happily inside & out.

As what most people answeed they work for thier family meaning love to our family, but if that work can make u sick how can u serve your family later then? It will end up into a turmoil when u become a liability oneday because of doing work that can make you sick.

Same with choosing to eat to live between live to eat, if U want to live long with grace then u need to take ownership of what U feed to your cells, whatever is the outcome that's the result of how u treat them.

If you live to work, is that really living? It seems that most warriors work to be able live the life they want which is what I do. But it also depends what you mean by work. I only regard something as work if it's tedious or unpleasant or whatever, so I aim to make enough money to be able to pay people to do that sort of thing so that I can do what I am genuinely interested in and can make money out of at the same time. When I was younger, I spent a couple of months training to be an insurance salesman. All the time I was training, I knew I didn't like it and I didn't really want to do it long term even if I did earn the big money they told me I could and I didn't even like the people who were training me but I kept at it for some stupid reason until I finally learnt that I was never going to do that again and that from then on I was going to design my own careers to fit my personality not those of others who just wanted me to earn money for them.
I think I was lucky to experience this when I was younger because insurance seems to be an area which just doesn't suit me with all the negative emphasis on what disasters are just waiting round the corner to make your life permanently miserable!
(Apologies to Insurance people - I'm just expressing my own personal experiences!)
