Excellent quote, without action it is very very hard to reach true success. I like the second part about making mistakes, but never quitting. Mistakes are not always a bad thing, we just have to learn from what happened and move on.

Well, definitely right. How can you be successful if don't do any action?
Successful people are the people that do not quit. They continue to strive hard in order to reah their goal

I look at it like this.

You develop a plan of what needs to be done

You take action on that plan

You get feedback on the action

You amend the plan...and the cycle continues.

It was hard for me to start something without knowing what the outcome was going to be. For me, this was one of the hardest adjustments to make.

We need to do something to move us towards our goals. Do the things we want to achieve, seem too big or too far off in the future? Each goal can be broken down into little steps which will lead us to our dream. Is what we do each day helping us to achieve our goals? Ask ourselves ‘what small thing (or big thing, if you like) can we do today that will move us towards achieving our goal?’ Then do it!

Well I guess you could describe it that way, but here is another way to look at it. I have train myself to have the shortest memory in the business. Train yourself to not remember your failures and forget them as quick as possible. Learn from them, but don’t past that way again.

Action is another story. That is in the Will part of the brain. Develop that part of the brain to keep on doing stuff; you’ll be surprise at what can happen. I surprise myself every day.

I agree. That's why one of the greatest misconceptions
is that "knowledge is power". Nope - "applied knowledge
is power". And application is taking ACTION!

I agree too.. considering the Holy Bible did concur when it said that "Faith without Action is Dead"

So it does seem to have success you need action. Even taking it further I think what is needed is consistent action. Which to some of us might seem like monotony but in the end is what will bear fruit.

Success is the expected end for a serial of positive and on time actions.Of course we have to move but if you aim to succeed so it shouldn`t be a random moves, but it should be carefully studied steps and should be maintained on the proper time.
