here the things that stop me to do many things.it is generaly stop what you don't want to do When a conflict exists between your desire and your imagination, your imagination wins every time, and the more willpower that you use to overcome this conflict, the more attention you feed into the results that you don’t want. This phenomenon is called the Law of Reverse Effect. It is absolutely critical that you understand the role that it plays in your life in order to overcome it. I think a negative thinking would somehow stop me from achieving my goal. It could also be connected with wrong decisions or choices.
