Talking strictly online methods of creating passive income, one of the greatest is building a email list. I once heard someone say that if you have a list of 10,000, you never need to work another day of your life. And it's true, 10,000 people that know you and trust you will be very interested in the products and services you offer and it wouldn't be too hard to make a decent living just from that for many years to come.
