My First Sale! It works!

It's been a little bit more than a month since I've began to look into "making money online."

I first started by signing up for millions of survey sites and ad clicking sites, but the work was way too hard with little reward. I somehow ran into an e-book on affiliate marketing and found the information to be very interesting.

So I put his method to work. My first site was a fail violating a whole bunch of google rules. It was deindexed quickly. After the first failure, I researched a LOT about SEO and backlinking and the whatnot, and learned some interesting stuff.

My second site ranked very well in the rankings, but it barely got any traffic, and worst of all, it all seemed to be untargeted traffic. Either that, or people searching that product were only interested in browsing and not buying.

My third site was put up a few weeks ago. I did a lot of keyword research with this one and it seemed like a good niche, but school started and I lost a lot of motivation in affiliate marketing. The only I money I had made so far were a couple adsense cents.

I began to lose faith in affiliate marketing and pondered attacking adsense next. However, I came home today from school and got an email saying, Congratulations, you've earned $44 today!

I was super excited! I did not promote the website in any way. I only posted up 2 articles and let it sit there. Easiest money I've ever made. I can get used to this

I started to think this affiliate stuff does not work. However, it obviously does.

Time to promote that site and milk it for all it's worth.

It shows nicely that even if you start from scratch, you can make some money in a relatively short amount of time.

You just have to be willing to learn consistently.

so far ,i have made over 500 sales...but in ppc,i lose my shirt,in article market, if you dont do mass control ,it won't work, maybe this is your only sales, trust me! but if you dont mass control,you better find a job, because affiliate marketing has no get rich quick way ,nor easy money like you said, affiliate marketing = lots lots lots of works! you probably will sleep only 4 hours everyday for over 2 years to see the considerable result...

Now that you know it works. You could take that money and hire someone to write some articles for you (unless you like article writing). Post them, put them on a blog, make some Squidoo Lenses, create quality backlicks. Just keep going and don't look back......stay on target.

I'll keep you guys updated for my accomplishments this month of October. =)

I'm so glad I've found the world of Internet Marketing. It has really changed my perspective on life. Watching my parents suffering in the corporate world. They are doing pretty well in the corporate world, but they're always in high stress from the 9-5 job.

I've always known there had to be a way to avoid the 30+ years of a 9-5 job until retirement. Now I think I've found it.

Okay back to doing homework =)

True, basically, if someone already have enough contents and links (let say 2000 articles and 2000 links). Traffic will automatically come from google.

As you can see Affiliate Marketing does work. So keep doing what you're doing as far as rolling out your article writing so you can distribute them throughout the internet so more and more people can find out about your promotion.

Here's a very useful tip if you want to really begin to make MASSIVE AMOUNTS OF CASH:

Sign up and promote at least 10 to 15 different affiliate programs or more. However make sure that each of them represent an in demand niche.

Also write articles if you have the time for each of those products. If you don't have time, hire someone as I have done, to do the article writing. This way if you are consistantly promoting let's say 20 affiliate programs and you're making around $100 per month on each of them, that will be an extra $2,000 a month in affiliate income possibly month after month for the rest of your life.

Again, good job my friend.

Well done but remember to keep that site promotion focused - maybe even make a mind map to keep you on the targets you set. If you can make $44 you can make $440. As many others have said, it's all about scaling up.

As for doing school work alongside affiliate marketing - just look to Desmond Ong for inspiration!

I remember when i sold a Clickbank Product for the first time, i was excited.
However, it may have been luck? I posted on a forum where i was a mod, and someone clicked on my link.
Lately i've been doing "article rewrites". I seem to be enjoying it, and i would have no hesitation in doing some for you guys.
