Folks, Face it! If we are in front of the computer, we deal with email. I'm currently, "on a mission" to find ways to streamline my email and seize back my day. Thought this would be a great place to share tips on this topic. I'll start: Be disciplined in the morning and don't turn the computer on until after exercising and eating breakfast. Your turn.... All the best, D'vorah |

That's a tough one, but I like the prospect because I spend a lot of time on email. How about just segmenting an hour of your time a day to email? |

One well known internet marketer doesn't look at his emails until late afternoon. That way he doesn/t get waylaid from the projects he had planned

Email can be one big time-waster. I only look at it 2 times a day and deal with it the second time (unless there is a crisis of monstrous proportions that needs to be dealt with NOW). Like so many things, email is a two-edged sword.
